Strengthening the Church in the Comfort of the Gospel
HTS is pleased to announce its next D.Min Course:
with the Rev. Alan D. Strange, M.A., M.Div., Ph.D., Professor of Church History (Mid-America Reformed Seminary)
This course (August 13-17) will cover the relationship of church and state in the history of the Christian church, with a brief look in the beginning at its relationship in biblical times. We will focus particularly on church and state in America. Our goal is to understand the distinctness of the spiritual character of the church’s nature and mission, seeing how the church both distinguishes itself from the world and gives itself to the world.
Dr. Strange is a gifted speaker, scholar, and pastor. If you are interested in taking this course for credit, to audit, or just to sit in and listen, please contact Dr. Koerner (see contact information below).
